I found it in the National Geographic Kid's 2016 almanac. (They have one code in every book, and one book comes out every year.)
And now for the extras:
In addition, there's a new "code processing" um process :P
When I first read "Tell us where to apply your membership" I thought it was a membership code (*o*) but it's actually not.

DeleteI know how much you love glitches so I have one for you Stang. I was playing Best Dressed with my sister ( she was being a deer) when she played it the game changed her to a wolf! I don't know how it happened but it wore the same colours and outfit. Pretty strange, huh?
