Fedora and Spin Scam?

Today's Monday Rare is the Rare Fedora Hat!
Seems like a belated Father's Day item (a holiday celebrated in the United States of America, which is where AJHQ is located). By the way, Happy Belated Father's Day! (I forgot to put that in an earlier post.)

Here's a comment from Howler Moon about the daily spin's new gift part. 

"I got the daily spin [gift] today and it doesn't give you a rare item. What I got was scary horns."

Will AJHQ add more rarer items?
