Today's new item is the sporty Basketball Hoop! It comes with a beta basketball! (You can not move the basketball separately, however.)

I was trading at Base Camp in the Phantom Adventures when I got this trade. It showed some kind of necklace in return for my Shark Fin. I didn't know what the item was so I highlighted it, and the leopard face showed up! Do you guys know what this is?
