Sapphire Rare Elf Armor and Double Double Overlap

The new Monday rare is the sapphire Rare Elf Armor!
This Rare Elf Armor looks like sapphire, but AJHQ labeled it without the sapphire.

Looks like they had a problem trying to make it rare and on it's last day. We all know the Monday Rare only comes for one day, so why do they need to put the last day thing?
